Is this based on not knowing many of the composers involved? If so, i’m in exactly the same situation, but i really like encountering music by composers unfamiliar to me; after all, how often does one encounter the same cluster of composers again and again and again…

Fair point, although there’s only so much time away from my family that I can justify to myself for entirely unknown quantities. Anyway, whichever evening I do attend, I’ll look out for you.
